Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Certain features require a paid membership. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant seeyouthere a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Platform. We will never sell your personal content to third parties.

7. Safety & In-Person Events

seeyouthere facilitates connections but does not organize, host, or take responsibility for in-person events. You attend events at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event listings, the conduct of other users, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, seeyouthere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
